Cockpit for “running”
The concept is to improve driving performance through thorough weight reduction. For this reason, it is not equipped with air conditioning or power steering, and the interior has been simplified with things like lined seats, resulting in a weight of only 690 kg.
rover power unit
Equipped with a Rover 1800cc 118ps engine. The frame is made lighter and stronger by joining the aluminum alloy panels with a special strong epoxy adhesive without using rivets. Therefore, sufficient driving performance is achieved even with an engine power of only 118ps.
Body color that changes depending on the lighting
The body color changes between blue and green depending on the lighting.
Genuine optional light cover
The early model Elise does not come with a light cover as standard, but it does come with a genuine optional light cover.
