Exclusive Interior with Matching Green Leather

The interior features a unique factory-coordinated design, exclusive to the 35th Anniversary model.  Green leather seats complement the exterior color, with Cooper logos embossed into the seat surfaces — a distinctive detail that enhances its special edition character.

Restored Walnut Wood Dashboard

The walnut dashboard, known to develop cracks over time, has been carefully restored by a skilled craftsman experienced with classic Minis.  This preserves the original atmosphere while maintaining durability and aesthetic quality.

Exclusive Anniversary Steering Wheel

Equipped with a factory steering wheel specially coordinated for this model.  The design incorporates unique elements exclusive to the 35th Anniversary edition, harmonizing with both the exterior and interior color scheme.

Service & Maintenance Overview

All vehicles undergo a comprehensive inspection of approximately 150 items, including road testing and underbody inspection.  Based on the results, the vehicle is prepared according to the selected maintenance plan.

This vehicle has been upgraded with carefully selected, high-quality Japanese components to reinforce the cooling system. Cooling system parts are highly susceptible to heat and aging. When deteriorated, they can cause coolant leaks, rising water temperatures, and ultimately engine overheating. To prevent this, key components are replaced and properly adjusted to ensure stable coolant circulation and temperature control. ⸻ ＜Designed for Japan’s Climate＞ The Rover Mini was originally designed in the UK, and tends to be more vulnerable to overheating in Japan’s hot and humid environment. To address this, Classca upgrades the cooling system using high-performance Japanese-made parts. This includes: • A 3-core (triple-layer) radiator for improved cooling capacity • Newly developed and upgraded hoses • Replacement of aging and wear-prone components These enhancements significantly improve reliability, especially in demanding summer conditions. ⸻ ＜Improved Cooling Control & Stability＞ The original thermo switch for the electric cooling fan can vary in activation accuracy. We replace it with a high-precision Japanese sensor, allowing: • Fan activation at approx. 92–95°C (198–203°F) • Fan stop at approx. 87°C (189°F) This ensures stable temperature control and helps maintain consistent engine performance even in high temperatures. In addition, the original cooling fan blades are prone to deformation due to heat, as they are relatively thin. Suspension System

Worn suspension components can lead to reduced driving stability, increased noise, and vibration. All joints, bearings, and suspension components are carefully inspected, and worn parts are replaced to restore proper suspension performance. For this vehicle, the lower arm bushings and tension rod bushings are replaced. Deterioration of these rubber components can cause looseness, noise, and reduced stability. Brake System

For the rear wheel cylinders, Japanese-made rubber cups are used to reduce the risk of brake fluid leakage compared to standard components.
